Returns & Replacement Policy
No Refunds: Rubuvibe does not provide refunds under any circumstances for fake or fraudulent buyers.
Replacement Policy:
Only genuine defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers must provide:
Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or damage.
Order number and relevant purchase details.
Rubuvibe will verify the authenticity of the claim before approving a replacement.
If the product is found not defective or the buyer is identified as fake, no replacement will be provided.
Important Notes
Ensure all orders are checked upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported immediately.
Rubuvibe reserves the right to refuse replacement if product authenticity cannot be verified.
All replacements will be processed after verification and shipped as soon as possible.
