Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delays due to incorrect details are not the responsibility of Rubuvibe.

Returns & Replacement Policy

  • No Refunds: Rubuvibe does not provide refunds under any circumstances for fake or fraudulent buyers.

  • Replacement Policy:

    • Only genuine defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement.

    • Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Buyers must provide:

      1. Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or damage.

      2. Order number and relevant purchase details.

    • Rubuvibe will verify the authenticity of the claim before approving a replacement.

    • If the product is found not defective or the buyer is identified as fake, no replacement will be provided.

Important Notes

  • Ensure all orders are checked upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported immediately.

  • Rubuvibe reserves the right to refuse replacement if product authenticity cannot be verified.

  • All replacements will be processed after verification and shipped as soon as possible.
